Your Solar Report is operated by LeadFillr ("we", "us", "our"). By using this site you agree to the following, in plain English.

Estimates, not quotes

Everything this site shows you — savings, payback period, system size, panel count, rebate amounts — is an estimate based on the information you gave us and satellite/aerial data, not a quote and not a guarantee. Actual results vary by roof condition, shading, utility rates, installer pricing, and other factors we can't see from an address. A formal quote only comes from an in-person or virtual walkthrough with an installer.

Program terms can change

References to government or utility programs (like Ontario's Home Renovation Savings rebate or net metering) reflect the rules as we currently understand them. Eligibility, amounts, and availability are set by the program administrator and can change without notice — always confirm current terms before relying on them.

No obligation

Requesting a report costs you nothing and creates no obligation to buy anything. Booking a free walkthrough is optional, and you can cancel it at any time. We don't make sales calls unless you ask for one.

How we make money

This report is free to you because local solar installation partners pay us when a walkthrough is booked and completed — not because we sell your information (see our Privacy Policy).

Acceptable use

Please use this site for its intended purpose: getting a solar estimate for a real address you're entitled to enter. Don't submit information you don't have permission to submit, and don't attempt to abuse, scrape, or overload the site.

No warranty

This site and its estimates are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We work to keep the underlying rates and program terms current, but we don't guarantee the report is complete, accurate, or up to date for your specific situation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
