Your Solar Report is operated by LeadFillr ("we", "us", "our"). This page explains what we collect when you request a free solar savings report, why we collect it, and who it goes to. It only describes what this site actually does — nothing more.

What we collect

• The address you enter (and, if you pick a suggestion from the autocomplete dropdown, its Google Place ID) — so we can locate your roof.
• Your estimated average monthly hydro bill — so we can size a system and estimate savings.
• Whether you own or rent the home.
• Your email address — always required, so we can send you a link to your report.
• If you request a free walkthrough: your name, phone number, and your consent to be contacted, with the date/time and IP address of that consent (required for Canadian anti-spam law compliance).
• Basic usage data: which step of the form you're on, page views, and scroll depth, so we can find and fix broken steps.
• Campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, etc.) if you arrived from an ad, so we know which ad worked.

Why we collect it

To generate your roof and solar savings estimate, email you your report, and — only if you ask for a walkthrough and give consent — connect you with a local solar installation partner who can follow up.

Who your information goes to

• LeadFillr (us) — we operate this site and store your report.
• One local solar installation partner — only after you request a walkthrough and check the consent box, so they can contact you about your project.
• Google — we send your address to Google's Places, Maps, and Solar APIs to look up your address and analyze your roof from satellite/aerial imagery. Google handles that data under its own privacy policy.
• If a Meta (Facebook) ad pixel is enabled on this campaign, a small set of ad-performance signals (e.g. "a report was requested") may be shared with Meta so we know an ad led to a result. We never include your name, email, phone, or address in that signal.
• If you request a walkthrough, your phone number and email may be sent through a messaging/email provider (e.g. Twilio) strictly to deliver the SMS or email you're expecting.

We do not sell your information to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep your report and contact details for as long as needed to provide your report and any follow-up you requested, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time. Every email we send includes a way to opt out — reply "unsubscribe" and we'll remove you right away. For anything else, contact us at privacy@yoursolarreport.example (placeholder inbox — Karim to confirm the real contact address before launch).
